Key Responsibilities:
1. Win New Business: Focus on acquiring high-value clients and building a robust portfolio.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies and closure plans for new client opportunities.
3. Achieve Targets: Meet personal and team sales targets through proactive monitoring and support.
4. Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with clients at all levels, especially C-suite executives.
5. Collaborate Across Functions: Work alongside various teams to create compelling service value propositions.
6. Expand Presence: Collaborate with other regions to enhance the UK portfolio.
Essential Skills:
1. Proven business development expertise, especially in winning new clients within target markets.
2. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing at all organisational levels.
3. Strong experience in generating leads and managing the sales process from start to finish.
4. Demonstrated success in solution selling and leading high-performance bid teams.
5. Ability to exceed personal sales goals and drive results in a competitive environment.
6. Positive, motivated, and action-oriented mindset with strong negotiating skills.
Experience Required:
1. Solid sales history in the UK Tech consulting space.
2. Familiarity with the Energy & Utilities sector is essential.
3. Knowledge of sales methodologies like Sandler, Miller Heiman, or SPIN selling is a plus.
