Salary and Hours: 19 hours per week - Monday 7 hours at Newark, Wednesday 6 hours at Lincoln, Thursday 6 hours at Newark. £17.91 per hour.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic candidate to join the team delivering high-quality teaching and assessment for FE, apprenticeship, and full-cost Automotive Engineering programmes. The ideal person will foster an inclusive learning environment, maintaining professional standards, and contributing to curriculum development.
Additionally, they will ensure student success through effective teaching strategies, critical self-reflection, and ongoing professional development while safeguarding student welfare.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Hold a Level 3 qualification in Automotive Engineering or a related subject
2. Certificate in Education or equivalent
3. An Assessor award, and/or IQA qualification
