We’re on a mission to transform the way people engage with sports. Betmate is our community-driven platform disrupting the direct-to-consumer space. At the same time, Engage Games is our B2B arm delivering gamified experiences to elevate user engagement, improve data insights, and create new commercial opportunities for our partners.
From free-to-play games and interactive user experiences to brand activations, Engage Games partners with betting operators, sports clubs, major consumer brands, and publishers to deliver world-class solutions. Backed by a product-led culture, we're growing fast and looking for a leader to drive our B2B success.
The Role
As Head of B2B, you’ll help lead Engage Games’ growth - securing partnerships, shaping commercial deals, and ensuring client success. You’ll own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial conversations to long-term retention, while working closely with our founders and product team. Over time, you’ll build and lead a dedicated B2B team.
What You’ll Do
* Develop & Manage Partnerships: Build strong relationships across betting, gaming, sports, and media, ensuring a steady deal pipeline.
* Collaborate with Product: Bridge client needs with our product team to create engaging, user-centric solutions.
* Drive Commercial Growth: Lead negotiations, close deals, and oversee renewals to maximise long-term value.
* Ensure Client Success: Manage onboarding, support, and partnership expansions.
* Lay the Foundations: Define scalable processes and help shape the future B2B team.

Your Background
* Proven experience in gaming, betting, or sports industries.
* Strong B2B partnership management with a history of delivering results.
* Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership.
* Leadership or mentoring experience.
