We have an incredible opportunity for a Front Office Developer to join our Investments and Fiduciary Technology Software Development team on a permanent basis, based in the London office (hybrid working).

The role
The core purpose of the Front Office Developer role is to define, develop and support the systems needed by the Investment and Fiduciary teams. This role will be responsible for working with your team to coordinate the development of fit for purpose, bespoke front office solutions.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
The person
We are looking for a talented Front Office Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical skills with in-depth understanding of development principles and best practices and knowledge of developing and maintaining business applications. The incumbent will be familiar and have good expertise of the systems development life cycle and processes, as well as structured programming concepts. The ability to troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance will be key to delivery in this role. Proficiency in .NET, Azure DevOps, and Git using Git Flow is essential.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to be able to define and convey technical expectations and project goals. You will have the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to create and enhance applications. The ideal candidate will be confident in working on multiple projects simultaneously, enjoy working independently and as part of a wider team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work is fundamental to this role.
