We are looking to recruit an experienced operations / office manager to work in our busy offices in Newcastle Under Lyme. The job is to liaise with our customers and engineers for lift works which include breakdowns, maintenance, and repairs. Ideally, you would assist with invoicing via SAGE. Full product and industry training will be given and full daily support to ensure someone gets up to speed quickly.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Must have Operations / Customer Service Experience (5 years)
2. Ideally from a Property, FM or Engineering Background
3. Must be Good on the Phone and with Emails
4. Must have Good IT Skills (Microsoft / CRM Systems)
5. Must be able to use SAGE.
The successful candidate must be good on the phone and have excellent IT / CRM skills. You must be well organised / structured and be able to work in a busy environment and also handle pressure (lots of calls and emails). We need someone to join our team in a senior format to help with all types of admin work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
