We are a London-based fashion accessory brand specializing in jewellery and gifting. Operating across multiple channels, our business includes two standalone stores, a well-established e-commerce platform, and wholesale partnerships that form the cornerstone of our operations. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Merchandiser to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our product strategy and ensuring our collections perform optimally across all channels. Key Responsibilities: Merchandising Strategy & Planning Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with the brand’s goals across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. Conduct sales and trend analysis to optimize product ranges and stock allocation. Collaborate with the Buying and Design teams to forecast demand and plan seasonal product assortments. Inventory & Stock Management Monitor stock levels to ensure the right product is available at the right time, minimizing overstock and markdowns. Manage allocations and replenishment across stores, concessions, and online platforms. Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth stock flow across all channels. Wholesale Support Partner with the Sales team to understand wholesale client needs and ensure collections meet demand. Assist in developing tailored product assortments and delivery schedules for key wholesale accounts. Analyze and report on wholesale performance to inform future range planning. Commercial Analysis & Reporting Conduct regular performance reviews across all channels, providing actionable insights to maximize sales and profitability. Track KPIs such as sell-through rates, margin, and stock turns to guide decision-making. Identify opportunities to drive growth in underperforming categories or channels. Collaboration & Communication Act as the key link between Design, Sales, and Operations to ensure cohesive product and stock strategies. Present range plans and performance updates to key stakeholders. Support promotional campaigns with appropriate stock planning and allocation. About You: Proven experience as a Merchandiser in fashion or accessories, with wholesale and multi-channel experience being highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in merchandising systems and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP software is a plus. Commercially driven with a keen eye for fashion trends and customer preferences.
