Care Assistant (lates) - Sandpiper - Alford
We are looking for care assistants to work 2pm to 8pm including alternative weekends.

As a Care Assistant, you will be carrying out several responsibilities and duties to keep you motivated, stimulated, and content:
1. Helping support residents with getting ready for the day, outings and activities, promoting their independence, and supporting them to continue addressing their needs.
2. Accompanying residents with outings to shops, for walks, into the gardens, and being company for them while caring for their well-being.
3. Working with families to understand each resident's needs, desires, and purpose in their daily lives.
4. Accompanying residents with indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring activities are enjoyable, including drawing, quizzes, gardening, walks, and even bowling.
5. Being the individual who supports the residents, keeping them company, and maintaining their purpose in life.
6. Keeping the residents safe, respecting their individuality and integrity.
