Overview
Our client provides an extensive range of specialised IT solutions and systems for the private healthcare market including practice management systems, online billing, secure messaging and clinical coding tools. They are now seeking a Service Delivery Associate to join their fast growing team. This is a hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 at home once probation period has been completed
Salary: £29,000
The Role
1. Deliver high-quality support and training to clients.
2. Deliver training on pre-defined training content and supporting clients through completing online registration forms.
3. Work with Service Delivery team to deliver client and internal training on products and services.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides for both current and upcoming systems.
5. Develop and maintain training modules if deemed relevant.
6. Internal and client training on both current and upcoming systems.
7. Ensure a positive on-boarding experience for new clients registering for systems.
8. Configure and customise systems for clients with attention to detail.
9. Plan and facilitate internal and external meetings.
10. Ensure robust processes and procedures are maintained.
11. Work with appropriate functions and colleagues to meet client needs.
12. Identifying opportunities for product enhancements and developments.
13. Act as an ambassador for the company.
14. Any other duties required by the business.
The Person
Qualifications
15. Minimum education 5 GCSE’s (including English and Math’s) or equivalent vocational qualification. Experience
16. Knowledge of the Private Healthcare industry advantageous but not essential.
17. Experience in updating and creating onboarding material.
18. Technical understanding of Healthcode systems is advantageous.
19. 3+ years Customer Service Experience
