We are looking for a committed Catering Manager in a High School in Hexham with immediate start.
Working hours: 08:30am - 2:30pm

Person Specification
Minimum Essential Requirements
* Right to work in the UK
* Minimum of 2 references
* Enhanced DBS Child Workforce on the Update Service
Experience/Qualifications
* Have basic food hygiene certificate
* Experience of working in a primary school kitchen
Duties and Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook and serve food following agreed menus and accommodating any special dietary requirements.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the school kitchen including equipment and surrounding working areas.
* Set up and clear away after lunch including washing up and cleaning tables.
* Comply with all food and Health and Safety standards and regulations.
* Take responsibility for maintaining and ordering stock and ensure appropriate storage and labelling procedures are followed.
