Job Description
My client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor/ HR Manager to join one of their busy sites based near Bracknell- As one of the top performing education establishments within the MAT, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the on-site HR function.
Please note-
1. This role is 100% on-site.
2. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
3. Candidates need to be based in the UK.
Salary for this role is to £37,00.
The duties for this role include, but are not limited to
1. Providing the on-site HR provision
2. Managing ER for the whole staff
3. Report to a Regional HR Manager for support as needed.
4. Oversight of all recruitment- process from advert to day 1
5. Payroll management, in conjunction with the finance team
6. Co-ordinate staff training in relation to HR.
7. Manage two HR colleagues.
The ideal candidate for this role-
1. Has worked in HR within an education organisation.
2. Is CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualified
3. Possesses a strong grounding in UK HR law.
4. Working knowledge of relevant HR issues
5. Is an outstanding communicator.
