Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Learning Support Assistant for an exciting opportunity at a secondary school in Salford. The position is to start immediately and offers the chance to make a real impact on students’ education. Key Details: Start Date: ASAP Position: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm Salary: £1670 - £1800 per month, depending on experience and qualifications Payment: Weekly, every Friday via PAYE This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting students within a secondary school environment. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the SENCO and support team to create and implement tailored support plans to address individual learning needs. Monitor student progress, providing additional support where necessary. Demonstrate knowledge of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, Dyslexia, and behavioral challenges. Build strong relationships with students and staff through effective communication. Offer encouragement, support, and guidance to students to help them succeed.
