Position: Children's Care Team Leader
Salary: £12.80 per hour, with an additional fee for on call.
Location: Farnworth, Bolton (BL4 postcode area)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) available on a rota basis. This role is initially for 6 months however this will be reviewed following this period.

We are a residential children’s home for children/young people with learning disabilities. We are looking to recruit support staff to expand our team of experienced staff who recognize that when you are supporting young people, every moment matters.
About you
Successful applicants will need to have experience supporting children with learning disabilities. As a member of the team you will need a real passion for providing a high standard of support that enables our children and young people to be as independent as they can, learn and develop through education and experience, stay healthy and most importantly, have a fun, fulfilling life.
For this role, it is essential you have:
* Completed 90% of an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
* Experience of managing staff
* OFSTED experience
* Ability to support on call on a rota basis
