If so, please get in touch!We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor / Helpdesk Advisor for a fast-growing Telecommunications company based close to the Altrincham area.The role will involve working as part of a close-knit team, in educating and troubleshooting any technical queries received from customers. The role is not a high-volume script-based role and would suit someone who is keen to deal with in-depth investigative issues needing a high level of ownership and attention to detail.The salary is GBP24,000pa with a realistic OTE of GBP26,400pa, achieved by working towards customer service KPIs. Commission can also be earned when processing sales orders. The Working hours are 4 x 10hr shifts across 7 days Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 8pm, Sat and Sun 8am - 6pm and overtime can be available, paying double time.
