The Job:
As a member of the Global Sales Support Team, our mission is to serve our Field Sales team with best-in-class Sales Process and Tools support and enablement to achieve Sales goals. In this role you have the opportunity to make a significant impact for our Field Sales team and Company every day, while simultaneously building upon your existing skill-sets. The role will allow you to develop a variety of skills that will contribute to your career while working with a team of talented people who help our dynamic range of customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily support to our Field Sales organization via phone, email, web channels.
2. Support to include but are not limited to: Salesforce CRM, quoting, order processing, data and contract management
3. Provide quality assurance support for our sales processes and tools.
4. Create training content to support our sales processes and tools.
5. Develop your business acumen by working with Field Sales to understand how they utilize our systems to solve their business challenges
6. Collaborating with different AVEVA departments, including Business Operations, IT, Support, Customer Success, and Product Management to deliver and improve service to our Account Managers
7. Helping define and maintain sales processes and data governance
8. Grow your technical skill-set by developing a solid foundation in Salesforce, including CPQ, sales methodologies, sales business intelligence, and content management systems.
9. Work on other projects relevant to the Sales Support Team
Skills and Qualification:
10. Undergraduate degree required
11. 1-3 years of experience in a sales operations role.
12. Experience with software quotes and orders, preferably with subscription products
13. CRM and Sales Enablement tools, especially Salesforce CRM and CPQ
14. Experience within a technology/software company preferred

15. Strong execution focus and ability to manage ambiguity.
16. Ability to manage diverse stakeholders through influence (not control).
