You'll have the opportunity to cook for both our 3 AA Rosette restaurant The Back Garden, and 3 AA Rosette and Michelin featured "chef's table" restaurant Mo, and as you do, you'll work alongside and learn from some of the best in the business. Overseen by Michelin starred Culinary Director Martin Burge, we offer a hard working and organised kitchen, handling unique, high end ingredients, working with unusual and expert techniques. We offer an excellent salary of £32,448 per year, plus service charge (around £3,000-£3,500 per year).
