Compensation
Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.28 an hour; this increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your shifts within the availability windows provided, with 3 weeks’ notice. We support flexibility, so if your available times closely match but not exactly the advertised times, we’d still love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
As a Shift Leader, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, taking ownership of activities and coordinating a team to deliver excellent service. You will focus on improving store service through coaching and feedback, monitor team performance, and ensure a safe environment for colleagues and customers.
