Job Description
* Lead the financial planning and analysis function for the business.
* Engage in strategic financial decision-making at the departmental and company level.
* Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
* Provide financial insight and guidance to senior management.
* Oversee budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis processes.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of FP&A should have:
* Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
* Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Sound knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
* Exceptional analytical, decision-making and strategic planning skills.
