The Role
As a Branch Assistant, you will support branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock levels, and assisting with product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing stock levels to ensure 98% order fulfillment.
2. Support in stock movement control and reporting any damages or discrepancies.
3. Lead and guide branch staff to maintain professionalism and high service standards.
4. Process orders, including selecting, assembling, and delivering goods accurately.
5. Assist in counter sales and customer service interactions.
6. Ensure branch security and compliance with health & safety regulations.
7. Deliver and collect goods efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanour.
8. Work closely with the sales team to achieve branch and company targets.
9. Maintain good housekeeping practices in the branch and company vehicles.
