As an Account Executive in our benefits and HR consulting team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients, employers of all sizes and industries, build better workplaces. You will be responsible for providing proactive and efficient administration of Corporate Group Risk and Group Healthcare schemes, delivering professional and high-quality service to clients, colleagues, and third parties. How you'll make an impact Develop internal and external relationships to provide efficient service to clients and manage their expectations Liaise with Associate Consultants, Consultants, and insurers/product providers for new business quotations and information Work in a team to deliver an outstanding administration service to internal and external clients Assist with client requests, queries, and general correspondence Process new business, re-brokes, scheme renewals, underwriting, and claims compliantly and profitably Work within specific time deadlines and service levels agreed with clients and line management Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in Adviser Office (CRM) & Virtual Cabinet software Maintain a diary system for efficient oversight and intra-team workflow Perform general office filing and maintenance Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws, rules, regulations, and good governance Put clients at the heart of our business About You Demonstrable administration experience in Group Life assurance, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness, and Group Healthcare Proven Financial Services administration experience Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organization skills, ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks Stay updated with industry changes and regulations through Compliance bulletins and technical updates Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and relevant internal systems/databases Awareness of regulatory requirements for 'advised' and 'non-advised' sales Good standard of general education including Maths and English CII Group Risk (GR1) and Healthcare (IF7) certifications (Desirable) #LI-TM2 Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
