Ensures fit-for-purpose service delivery for business client via a global matrixed HR Organization, leveraging global best practices Applies expert knowledge in HR policies, process & practices Anticipates future business / country challenges and partners with GPO's/COE's/BSC's on solutions Develops and delivers innovative solutions to proactively address people implications of business strategies Coaches leaders; promotes a productive, diverse and inclusive culture where differences are respected and valued Provides insightful coaching & feedback and creates development opportunities for team members.
