Job Description Organon is hiring for the position of Capital Projects Engineer to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. The site is at an exciting point in our history, embarking on a number of strategic capital investments. In this role, you will be a part of a team of project practitioners delivering a portfolio of minor and major capital projects, ensuring delivery according to key performance indicators, including safety, compliance cost, and schedule. Role Responsibilities: Support the delivery of approved projects with a strong focus on project controls. Contribute to the development of Engineering processes and systems within the Cramlington engineering Department. Work with internal stakeholders to deliver a 2-3 year implementation program of upgrades and replacements to existing assets driven by reliability and regulatory requirements. Identify and develop OEM partners to support the delivery of the portfolio. Work with key stakeholders across the business to develop project execution plans that are fully scoped with clear success criteria. Support a portfolio of capital projects related to infrastructure and production equipment. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Degree in Engineering related subject or similar relevant experience. Demonstrable experience leading multiple projects within a GMP environment. Knowledge in project controls: Cost, Schedule, Risk & Safety, document creation and management. Experience managing projects using a rigorous project methodology. Competent in financial management to create and manage capital spending. Ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams and multiple stakeholders.
