Job Title: Operations Administrator
Salary: Circa £23,000 per annum
Location: Hertford
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm with an hour for lunch (35 hours per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our established client based in Hertford. They are a market leader in their industry and due to rapid growth, they are looking for an ambitious administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will be hardworking, personable, and highly organised. Our client will also consider applications from candidates with Customer Service experience from retail and hospitality as well as office-based environments; this would be a great opportunity for candidates looking for their first office-based role!
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
2. Competent with Microsoft Packages
3. Excellent work ethic and good attention to detail
4. An ambitious and hard-working individual
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide administrative support to the operations team.
2. Liaising with suppliers and customers via telephone and email.
3. Help to manage and audit the company’s compliance and sustainability.
4. Update customer records on the system.
5. Produce weekly sales orders
6. Provide support to the Accounts and Sales team
7. General office administration
