Job Purpose
The Customer Account Executive is responsible for providing support to the Customer Account Managers to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner to support our growth strategy. In addition to this, there is an opportunity to work on some customer facing opportunities helping unlock pockets of growth and furthering your development. This role will suit someone who enjoys delivering as part of a team and provides a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in Sales/Account Management.
* Love what you do: As a Customer Account Executive you will be passionate about supporting the Account Managers to deliver their growth plan with key UKI retailers.
* Love your customer: You will ensure all administrative tasks are complete in time and in full to deliver best in class partnerships with our retailers and internal teams.
Main Responsibilities
* Work with the Customer Account Managers(s) on all administrative tasks including but not limited to volume planning, setting up new products, accruals/rebates, price claims, invoicing.
* Support the Customer Account Manager(s) in developing promotional and activation plans for the customer.
* Other administrative responsibilities including customer conferences and brand days.
Skills we are looking for
* Commercial management experience - ideally from a previous customer facing role with a leading UKI retailer.
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* IT literate, particularly in Excel and other data systems (PowerBI, Anaplan, Nielson)
* Strong attention to detail & strong prioritisation skills
* A love for learning and developing
