The role of Senior Commercial Manager – Medical SaaS is to develop relationships with key stakeholders in new and existing target pharmaceutical/medical/healthcare customer accounts and showcase the company’s different & new products and solutions.
The role and responsibilities Senior Commercial Manager – Medical SaaS:
* Cultivate relationships with key account customers to enhance revenues throughout the Solution portfolio.
* Having an understanding of each target client’s business, strategy, operations, and industry trends to attain predetermined account-level objectives.
* Regularly engage with key stakeholders, both online and in-person, to establish crucial contacts for the implementation of account plans.
* Generate new subscription or recurring Revenue from existing customers to achieve personal & business revenue targets.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to boost product engagement and revenue.
* Ensure, through the customer success team, complete client satisfaction post-sale and the successful integration of the product/service.
* Maintain an accurate record of account plans, opportunities, and activities within Hubspot (CRM system).
* Proactively propose ‘New Product Development & Product extension’ ideas to the broader business, understanding any gaps in the market.
* Expand and be involved in New Business and getting new revenue clients on board.
To be successful in this Senior Commercial Manager – Medical SaaS :
* Ideally having 5-6 years + sales experience in subscription or SaaS sales.
* You mush have experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences or Medical tech.
* You must feel comfortable in working in a new business mindset ( within existing and new accounts).
* Ideally that you are working at a Senior Account Manager, Business Development, Commercial Management, Client Engagement Manager or Established Account Manager level or above.
* That you have experience looking after key accounts (ideally within the large Pharma companies).
* That you have an establish network on contacts and industry reputation.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office & excel.
* Working in regulated markets is desirable but not essential
* Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot or similar
