With a strong customer-focused approach and commitment to service, we have become the preferred supplier to the Chef community we serve.Role DescriptionManaging customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and servicesSustaining solid relationships with existing key customers to encourage repeat businessDeveloping in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.Assisting Key Account Managers with admin tasks and updating the systemAccurately recording details of customers' purchase ordersMaintaining and updating the in-house software with customer informationCreating and presenting detailed sales reports to the Sales teamQualificationsPrior experience in a sales support or administrative support role in the food industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues1-2 years experience in salesBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required)
