Description Job Title Degree Apprentice Data Analysis Location Preston Salary TBC What you will be doing A Digital Technology and Solutions Professional Degree apprenticeship involves working and learning alongside experienced practitioners. It combines spending periods of time at University, where you will acquire an Honours Degree, with time working on real projects, enhancing the skills necessary to develop a long career in the industry. The scheme will see you choose a specialism from Data Analyst, Software Engineer, IT Consultant, Business Analyst, Cyber Security Analyst or Network Engineer. This will see you learning skills and knowledge associated with digital technologies such as how these can solve problems, and how to collect, organise and study data to provide new business insight and improvements, particularly where information helps us and our customers achieve mission effectiveness. You will provide up-to-date, accurate and relevant data analysis for the organisation, as well as how to manage, cleanse, abstract and aggregate data across the network infrastructure. You will get a good understanding of data structures, software development procedures and the range of analytical tools used to undertake a wide range of standard and custom analytical studies, providing data solutions to a range of business issues. Through this combination of academic study and real work experience, you will become a valued member of the team. The Digital Technology and Solutions Degree Apprenticeship is delivered by the Cranfield University with a mixture of day release, block sessions on campus or at the ASK in Samlesbury, and online delivery.
