We are currently seeking a Pupil Services Administrator who is a proactive, highly organised and committed individual, capable of organising administrative activities within a busy school office. The ideal candidate will be at their best when juggling the demands of a school office but still finds time to welcome all that need their help.
The post-holder will be a welcoming face to our visitors and parents, but will also carry out administrative tasks as required. This is a varied and busy role where the post-holder will have to think on their feet and use their initiative in a fast moving and demanding environment.Knowledge, skills and experience
You will be able to demonstrate your understanding of the importance of exceptional customer care to a range of stakeholders and be able to communicate appropriately and effectively to achieve positive outcomes. You will be able to build strong professional relationships with staff, parents and children. You will be highly organised with an ability to prioritise tasks.The successful candidate will:
Have effective written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Have strong IT skills across a range of office software. Experience of SIMS would be an advantage, although not essential.
Have proven administration and customer service skills.
The ability to build effective working relationships with our stakeholders.

This is a permanent position working 35 hours a week, term time only plus inset days.
