Responsibilities:
* Dealing with inbound calls from customers
* Making outbound calls to offer quotations
* Keeping customer records updated
* Taking telephone payments while complying with security protocols
* Identifying customer needs
* Attending staff training, meetings, and company events
* Paid overtime available
* 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
