Job Description
* Directly manage and oversee the Human Resources department.
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Nurture a positive working environment, maintaining high levels of organisational health.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
* Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Operations Manager should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
* Demonstrated competence in strategic planning and business development.
* Ability to be on site 5 days a week.
* Excellent people management skills and an ability to manage complex HR issues.
* In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and UK employment legislation.
