3. Drive engagement: You’ll lead on key projects such as Health and Wellbeing, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and colleague forums. Implementing specific People & Culture/business projects to enhance the colleague experience will be your focus.
4. Empowering managers: You’ll coach and support managers to handle people-related matters with confidence and compassion, encouraging them to proactively face challenges.
5. Deliver insights: As the go-to person for your business areas, you’ll provide regular people insights and updates, working closely with HR Business Partners to develop action plans that support the People Plan.
6. Support learning and development: You’ll help managers identify training needs and work with HR Business Partners and Learning & Organisational Development Partners to design and deliver effective solutions.
7. Managing the leavers process: You’ll ensure colleagues receive a considerate experience when leaving, owning the leaver experience to help improve the process for those who stay.
