The post holder is expected to:
* Engage with a number of diverse learners.
* Respond to detailed enquiries regularly in a face-to-face, telephone, online, email, or paper-based environment.
* Manage and respond to sensitive information regarding staff, learners, or students using empathy and tact, particularly when dealing with individuals who are failing to meet academic or practice standards or those requiring extra support.
* Ensure there is a coordinated approach by liaising with Managers, Matrons, and the Education Programme Lead in planning appropriate educational delivery.
* Work closely with clinical services in the delivery of student placements and assessments, ensuring relevant standards are met and that programmes are appropriately evaluated and developed.
* Work closely with clinical areas in supporting newly qualified preceptees.
The post holder will work with other Education Facilitators to ensure all education programmes are delivered effectively.
