Main duties of the job
Working within our HR Business Partnering and Advisory team, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
With a proven record of providing advice on a variety of employment matters you will work closely with the Senior HR Management Team to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient service delivering in line with best practice and employment legislation. In particular you will have a proven track record of dealing with complex HR case load including Grievance, Disciplinary & Attendance Management Cases, Partnership Working, Policy Development & Stakeholder Engagement.
You will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written working closely with all levels of service users providing advice on complex employment and contractual matters.
You will also have line management responsibility for a team of HR professionals including Assistant Business Partners.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to effectively undertake their duties. You will also be a self-motivator and display commitment and resilience to ensure professional and efficient advice and support is provided at all times.

Qualifications
Essential
* Educated to degree level/or equivalent working towards a Masters degree or have equivalent professional experience and development.
* CIPD Level 7 qualified or actively working towards.
Desirable
* Chartered member of CIPD (MCIPD)
