We are recruiting for a Repair Manager to join an ever-expanding, national lift business working out of their southern office in Surrey. This role will see you oversee the day-to-day running of their repair department for the region. Your job as Repair Manager will involve the following:
1. Day-to-day management of the repair department
2. Continuously seek out forms of improvement, whether that be through efficiency, training, etc.
3. Support the repair team where possible
4. The planning of repair work and subcontractor management
5. Maintaining good levels of output from the department
6. Managing the recruitment of staff within the repair department
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Lift engineering experience, ideally within repairs
2. An NVQ Level 3 in Lift Maintenance, Repairs or Installation & Commissioning
