Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the delivery of PE lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5, collaborating with qualified teachers to enhance students' learning.
* Leading PE sessions when required, showcasing your passion and knowledge of the subject.
* Acting as a positive role model for students, contributing to an inclusive and supportive environment.
* Assisting students with additional needs or behavioural challenges, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
* Developing your teaching skills and knowledge through continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications and Skills:
* A degree in a sports-related field.
* Previous experience working with children (school experience is desirable but not essential).
* A genuine enthusiasm for education and sports, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
* Adaptability and flexibility, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced school environment.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A passion for helping students reach their potential, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
* Experience supporting students with additional needs or challenging behaviour is preferable, but not essential.
