Description
The Court of Protection Solicitor will be:
* Managing property and financial affairs for clients who lack mental capacity
* Advising clients, their families, and carers on Personal Injury Trusts
* Handling a diverse range of clients, from children to incapacitated adults
* Providing professional input and guidance to clients with varying levels of financial capacity
* Ensuring all legal processes are followed accurately and efficiently
* Working closely with the Partners in the team
Profile
The Court of Protection Solicitor should be / have:
* A solicitor with 1-5 years PQE in Court of Protection or equivalent experience
* Strong understanding of mental capacity law
* Experience in managing Personal Injury Trusts is advantageous
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Ties to Sheffield
Job Offer
* An estimated salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 (GBP)
* 25 days holiday
