Payroll Administrator
* Job Type: Part-time (15 hours per week- flexible on how these hours are worked)
* Location: Office-based in Oxted, Surrey.
* Contract Duration: 6 months
* Salary: £15.38 per hour PAYE or £18.50 per hour via an umbrella company.
We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis for a 6-month contract. This role is crucial in assisting our Payroll Manager with admin duties whilst the implementation of a new payroll system is happening. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sage 50 Payroll and will be instrumental in managing payroll administration tasks, including handling starters and leavers.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Assist the payroll manager with payroll administration whilst she concentrates on the implementation of a new payroll and HR system.
* Manage payroll processing tasks for starters and leavers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
* Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely processing of payroll adjustments.
* Provide administrative support for various payroll functions.
