Part of a close-knit team the Residential Services Department is spread across the whole estate working and collaborating with colleagues throughout the various areas of the club to create memorable moments for our members and visiting guests at their 'home from home' making sure each visit is unique. As part of this dedicated team, you take huge pride in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our caste suites, public spaces, grand dining halls and endless corridors and staircases. Vacuuming floors, corridors and stairs and public areas. Refreshing suites throughout the guest stay, cleaning all surfaces and floors; showers, baths, basins, and toilets replacing items in bedrooms and bathrooms. As part of this devoted and hands-on team you prepare the departments equipment, cleaning products, supplies and linen. Ensuring everything is kept organised for the Residential Services team in readiness of members and their guests' departure days and the servicing days in between. Maintaining our colleague areas of the castle too with the same standard of care and attention as our guest spaces, all done with warmth and care.
