What the Job Involves This role involves working with adult job seekers, providing them with comprehensive support to transition into employment. You will offer exemplary case management, including advice, advocacy, and referrals to relevant services. You will develop action plans, guide clients through job search processes, organize job fairs, employer days, and workshops on employability skills. Additionally, you will work within the IPS and SEQF models to support both clients and employers, ensuring that all data handling complies with GDPR and other legislation.
