Customer Relationship Manager - Phosphate Credit Scheme
Having negotiated a landmark agreement with Somerset Council, WCI is the sole accredited supplier of phosphate credits based on septic tank upgrades in the UK. This allows us to deliver free septic tank upgrades to homeowners funded by housing developers seeking planning permission for new homes. We are now seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to support developers through this process.
As our Customer Relationship Manager for our Phosphate Credit Scheme, you’ll manage the demand-side of the scheme. A stellar communicator, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a stickler for detail. You’ll oversee the Nutrient Neutrality inbox and maintain an active register of credit purchases. Engaging actively with developers and referrers, you’ll drive demand and manage multiple workstreams to guide customers through our sales and contractual processes.
Your role will involve preparing sales documents, legal agreements and compiling planning documents. Supporting supply-side workflows, you’ll also assist with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
No prior engineering experience is required but you’ll need a can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn.
