We’re only as successful as the teams which support us, and the role of a cleaner at Anchor is a crucial one.
By ensuring the location is clean, pleasant and safe for our customers you’ll be making a positive difference to the happiness of older people.
You don’t need any experience to be successful for this role, we are just looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, has great time management skills and enjoys working as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to complete online training courses from time to time; therefore basic computer skills are essential.
Anchor – a great place to work
Anchor is England’s largest not-for-profit providers of care and housing for older people. Our heartfelt ambition is to transform housing and care so everyone can have a home where they love living in later life.
We’re not-for-profit which means every penny we make or save is invested in the people who live with us, the places they live and the people who work here. That means a better standard of care and customer service, better wages, more investment in training and development and improved facilities.
