Based in the North Muirton Industrial Estate, this role will support our Office Manager with a variety of tasks. Please note, we will be relocating to Balbeggie in March, so candidates must have suitable transportation arrangements and be comfortable with the move. Key Responsibilities: [you will undertake a variety of tasks in the office, including but not limited to:] Maintaining files and records: Ensuring that all files (both paper and electronic) are up to date, organised, and easily accessible across the office 365 package. Answering the telephone & professionally: Handling incoming calls and dealing with customer inquiries efficiently using the HiHi Phone System: Used for managing incoming and outgoing calls. You will learn to operate this system to ensure prompt, professional communication with customers and suppliers. Team collaboration: Taking instructions, supporting team members, and contributing to a positive work environment, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing customers. Assisting with additional tasks: As required to meet the changing needs of the business becoming a systems expert within Simpro: A comprehensive job management tool. You will use Simpro, Schedule and manage jobs for our field team. Request and compare supplier quotes to secure the best pricing on materials for projects. Become a super user for BigChange software, a resource planning and job tracking tool that helps us monitor progress and ensure efficient allocation of resources across projects. These systems are integral to your day-to-day responsibilities full- training will be provided as well as an apprenticeship through QA within Digital Applications Support. About you / We are looking for someone who is: Organised and detail-oriented. A strong communicator with excellent telephone manners. Team-oriented and willing to support colleagues as needed. Working week: From 37.5 hours per week [can vary], Monday to Friday (full-time). Salary: £15,000 per annum.
