About the Role - They are looking for an Account Director to join one of their teams in Cirencester on a 1 Year FTC and work on a well-known brand/account. You will have a fantastic understanding of how CRM works and fits into the overall marketing mix as well as a strong understanding of data/insights. As an established Account Director, you will of managed teams as well as worked on delivery of technical campaigns. Responsibilities Liaise with clients and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget. Lead and manage a team. Work collaboratively with internal teams. Manage work streams. Translate client technical requirements into technical briefs for developers. Able to be hands on with delivery of technical campaigns. Manage third party relationships. Required Skills Fantastic knowledge of Email Marketing. Incredible knowledge of CRM and how it fits into the overall marketing mix. Strong understanding of Data (Data segmentation, Databases, SCVs etc) Able to hold conversations with C-suite clients and confident in talking through technical briefs. Strong team management skills. Pay range and compensation package - Paying a fantastic salary, benefits plus bonus and very strong hybrid working (I.e 1 to 2 days a week in the office).
