About The Role Purpose As the Agile Delivery Lead, you play a central role in making the 7IM Platform product a success. You will work closely with all disciplines, facilitating delivery and continuous improvement of multiple Squads, evolving their ways of working and agile mindset. You will lead Agile Delivery Managers and adopt a data-led approach to measure improvements, challenging the team to drive better results. This role suits someone with a delivery mindset capable of coaching and facilitating improvements in ways of working. This role reports to the Transformation Director. About You Responsibilities Own the Agile process at 7IM, collaborating with leadership and Squads to improve ways of working through experiments and best practices. Oversee in-sprint delivery through Agile Delivery Managers, ensuring timely achievement of sprint goals and successful client outcomes. Manage the impediment process, removing blockers to enhance delivery. Partner with the Agile Coach to improve Scrum Heatmap scores across the Portfolio. Champion Portfolio flow metrics to enhance performance and identify bottlenecks. Facilitate Portfolio ceremonies like Quarterly Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Retrospectives. Dissolve or manage cross-squad dependencies to ensure successful delivery. Manage the risk process within Transformation, engaging with the group risk function for effective reporting. Drive capability development and best practices in the Agile Delivery Manager Chapter. Line management of the Agile Delivery Manager Chapter. Ensure compliance with applicable standards and practices. Act according to 7IM’s values and principles. Qualifications Agile certification and experience. Skills Effective communication across all levels, including Executive Leadership. Confident presentation skills to large forums. Highly motivated self-starter with mentorship capabilities. Experience with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, in scaled environments. Familiarity with tools like PowerBI, ADO, or Jira for agile management. Data-driven approach to improvements. Flexible, resilient facilitator able to explain the 'why'. Adept at influencing behavior across teams without formal authority.
