Sales Administrator - Property Development (Hybrid - King's Cross)
Location: King's Cross (1-2 days in the office, remainder remote)
Salary: £28K - £32K (pro-rata, hourly rate equivalent)

Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing contracts, leases, and reservation documents.
* Ensuring mortgage offers, undertakings, AML & ID checks, and all required checklists are completed.
* Helping to manage the CRM system, property listings, and price lists.
* Attending meetings, taking minutes, and assisting with general admin tasks.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Experience in property, legal, or sales admin (preferred but not essential).
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
* Comfortable working independently and remotely.
