Recruitment Coordinator (3-month FTC) – Leading Investment Manager – London
Our Client
Our client, a prestigious investment manager, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a 3-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in the graduate and intern recruitment process, supporting the team and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for candidates globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
* Manage a large volume of interview scheduling for internship and graduate programmes, coordinating closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.
* Offer administrative support by maintaining recruitment trackers, updating candidate details in Workday, and monitoring application progress.
* Handle interview logistics, including room bookings, sending invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to collect feedback and keep candidates informed about their status.
* Support the onboarding process for new hires, working alongside HR and facilities teams.
* Ensure confidentiality and carefully manage candidate information.
* Attend programme events to provide logistical support and assist speakers as required.
Experience Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in graduate recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar coordination role within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive, professional, and personable demeanour.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
