The Opportunity
An exciting new opportunity has been created for an Agile Transformation Lead. We are looking for someone who is an Engineering Manager or Lead Project Manager who has experience of Agile practices to become The UK Agile Transformation Lead (Engineering and Project Management). You will be responsible for delivering a multi-year programme aimed at transforming the Engineering and Project Management practices, processes and tooling to achieve a more Agile culture across Leonardo Electronics UK.
What you'll do as an Agile Transformation Lead
You will be responsible for
•Establishing and maintaining an Agile transformation strategy for Engineering and Project Management
•Establishing and delivering a rollout plan
•Collaborating with Engineering and Project Management process owners and stakeholders within the Engineering organisation and
with business and Integrated Project Team stakeholders across the wider business.
•The selection of, and support to, pilot programmes in their adoption of Agile techniques
•The development of supporting infrastructure, process, tooling, reports and dashboards
•The selection and delivery of appropriate training, coaching, mentoring and other Learning & Development requirements
•Engagement with senior management and external stakeholders on the concepts, principles and benefits of Agile
•Engagement with appropriate external industry bodies and expertise
•Promoting an Agile culture
•Supervision of Leonardo staff assigned to the rollout programme
•Management of any third party sub-contracts. relationships or engagements
•Budget control
