The role
This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational sportsperson who is looking to develop their teaching skills and experience at a leading UK independent school.
In this dynamic role, you will support the delivery of PE and Games across the Junior School, Senior School and Sixth Form, assisting with extracurricular activities and potentially some lessons.
The PE Department offers a broad and vibrant curriculum, including netball, hockey, football, gymnastics, dance, swimming, tennis, athletics and cricket. As a Sports Graduate / Gap Year Student, it is imperative that you are capable of coaching at least one of the following: hockey, netball, football, swimming and cricket.
This role is ideal for someone who is considering a career in education or is hoping to develop their coaching skills in a range of sports. You will demonstrate a keen interest in sport and team games, along with a willingness to participate in further training and developmental opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will also be essential.
