Curriculum Leader for Mathematics
Required: September 2025 (or earlier)
Salary: Main Pay Scale/UPS + TLR 1a
We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking individual with a proven track record of excellence to lead and develop our team and curriculum as we continue on our journey to provide excellent Maths teaching to all of our students.
You will have the opportunity to develop the teaching of Maths within a supportive leadership environment, working closely with the BET Director of Mathematics to accelerate improvements. You will be joining a dedicated and hard-working team, motivated and committed to continuous improvement and ensuring the very best outcomes for our students.
A commitment to inclusion and high expectations of all students is essential.
The postholder will be required to:
1. Implement and lead an appropriate Maths curriculum;
2. Be accountable for the delivery of an excellent Maths provision across the school;
3. Plan, resource and deliver highly effective and inspiring lessons;
4. Ensure department CPD is high quality and that colleagues feel supported, and nurtured in their own career paths.
