Urgent requirement for a qualified interim HR Generalist Manager to join this small busy charity and support the day to day HR function. Here you will report directly to the Director of Resources and be a key point of contact for all things "HR". Your duties willinclude day to day HR issues, workforce management and planning, policy reviews and revision, ER as well as supporting of workforce development plans. As a key member of staff you need to be a visible leader available to staff at all levels and able to adapt and respond as required to meet the organisational needs. With circa 90 employees this small charity is looking to grow by circa 10% over the next 12 months and needs an interim that is experienced in all aspects of HR in order to deliver this busy role. Ideally you will have a proven track record in a similar role and need to be CIPD qualified in order to be considered for this post. Coming form either an NHS / Public sector or private sector background you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a hard working, highly credible HR professional with excellent interpersonal skills. 6 month initial contract Inside IR35 - Enhanced DBS is required Start immediately (to be considered you need to be able to start within 2 weeks) Daily rate of £250 £300 per day dependant on experience.
