Support hiring managers and HR managers on recruitment demand, develop position-specific plans, and identify candidate pools. Proactively source candidates through social media campaigns, ATS, and latest sourcing channels. Screen, introduce, and interview candidates. Maintain accurate information in the ATS, manage relations with external recruitment agencies, and negotiate terms and conditions. Manage the feedback and offer process to candidates. Optimise internal and external recruitment processes, provide the best candidate experience, and manage hiring manager expectations. Create and deliver an extraordinary candidate and new hire experience. Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment. Provide regular market information using intelligence from internal and external sources. Support the roll out of Talent Acquisition projects for the CoE Europe, including ATS implementation, employer branding, social media campaigns, diversity & inclusion programs, hiring manager training, interview upskilling programs, and supplier management. Extensive end-to-end recruitment cycle experience with a track record of success in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment. Relevant experience in a recruitment role with knowledge of international best practice in terms of Recruitment systems and processes. Proven experience with and knowledge of best-in-class recruitment technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Assessment Tools. Strong track record sourcing and attracting top talent, assessing capability for both technical and interpersonal fit, negotiating offers, and sealing the deal to deliver well qualified candidates. Ability to deal with high vacancy numbers without compromising candidate quality or an effective and timely service to the business. Proven record of building and managing relationships with internal/external clients demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and discretion. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, building relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
